Booking Appointments

Please be aware if you miss an appointment for which you have not provided 12 hours notice, you will be emailed an invoice for the service. You will be required to pay 50% deposit for your next booking.

Hair Extensions

Deposits for hair extensions are non-refundable.
It is essential to have your extensions refitted every 8 weeks.

Hair Academy Courses

If you sign up for a payment agreement with PayItMonthly, all enquiries will be answered by them. When you sign up, PayItMonthly will provide you with contact details to call or email them with any questions. Please ensure you read PayItMonthly’s terms & conditions as they are a separate company, providing you with the finance to start the course while paying the course fee off in instalments.
By paying for the course either upfront or when signing an agreement with PayItMonthly, the course fee is non-refundable. If you do not attend or wish to leave the course, the course fee is not refundable.

If you pay for your course upfront instead of using finance, a minimum deposit of £500 is required to secure your place. This is a non-refundable deposit which is in place as we run very small, comprehensive classes and want to ensure to the best of our ability that classes will go ahead. The remaining balance must then be paid prior to the start date of the course. Or on the day of the course by cash or card, or with evidence of a bank transfer.
If the course cannot run for an unforeseen reason, we will notify you in the first instance and issue a full refund, including your deposit or any further amount paid. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to arrive in your bank. Or you can move your course fee to the next upcoming course date.
If you signed up to an agreement with PayItMonthly, we will request a cancellation of your agreement. PayItMonthly advise it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive the refund. All queries regarding your refund need to be sent to PayItMonthly directly.

If you use finance through PayItMonthly you must sign a certificate of completion to complete the course which we will provide at your last session.
